Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for Senior Business Analyst to influence strategy and decision-making by analyzing data, developing self-serve analytical tools, and fostering collaboration across departments. You’ll be responsible for creating measurement strategies, defining KPIs, and uncovering insights to support the company hyper-growth journey. This position is ideal for someone proactive, strategic, and hands-on, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate insights to senior management and collaborate across teams.

• Present complex data clearly and engagingly to drive program success.

• Drive initiatives to increase ARR through data-driven insights and strategies.

• Analyze and enhance the sales funnel to improve conversion rates and streamline the customer journey.

• Lead projects such as account scoring to prioritize high-potential leads and opportunities.

• Collaborate with the CS org to reduce churn and improve Customer Success (CS) KPIs.

• Proficiency in SQL (mandatory) and experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).

• 4+ years in a Business Analyst role with a strong understanding of performance metrics.

• Expertise in creating data models, reporting tools, and user behavior analysis.

• Excellent communication and project management skills.

• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
