Data Analyst team leader

we are seeking a passionate and experienced Data Analyst Team Leader to lead and inspire a team of talented data analysts. As a critical team member, you will oversee data analysis projects and ensure the delivery of high-quality insights that drive strategic decision-making.

About The Role 

Team Leadership: 

• Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor team performance.

• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

• Excellent problem-solving and ability to lead and motivate a team.

• Work collaboratively to support multiple stakeholders in the company. Provide suggestions and recommendations to different managers and teams during the decision-making process.

Data Analysis: 

• Oversee the entire data analysis lifecycle, from data ingestion and cleaning to modelling and visualization.

• Lead complex data analysis projects, leveraging advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms.

• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and analysis processes.

• Be at the forefront of our customer acquisition efforts. Determine customer metrics, identify opportunities, and lead the company to meet its performance goals.

• Own and manage a large marketing budget, across multiple channel partnerships and multiple points of sale. Define and implement bidding strategy working closely with the Data Science and Analytics team.

• Constantly perform deep-dive analysis to discover business trends & opportunities and A/B testing to optimize performance.

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analysis and interpretation (Marketing/ Business/ Product).

• 2+ years of proven experience as a data analyst team leader or in a similar role. 

• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization of large data sets using BI systems (Sisense, Tableau, Looker, etc.).

• Experience working with Data Warehouse / Data Lake tools such as (Snowflake, Athena, Redshift, BigQuery).

• Experience building ETL processes. 

• Knowledge / Experience in ELK Stack and Grafana - An advantage.

• High level of English.
